About Tammy Sauter
A native of New Jersey, I moved to beautiful San Diego in 2003. After
spending 18 years in the telecommunications industry as a successful
marketing and sales professional and after several work related
relocations, I decided to make a career change that landed me in the
real estate field.
I strongly believe that what makes a real estate professional stand
out is their respect for the client, confidence, enthusiasm,
negotiating skills, the responsibility to follow-up, to listen and
above all, care.
As your local real estate professional with knowledge of the
communities, I apply my marketing/sales expertise and business savvy
to assist my clients achieve their goals of buying and selling real
estate. Your home is your most important financial asset, it's an
investment in your future. It is the positive buying and selling
experiences I bring to my clients that is important to me as your
Realtor.
About Libby Rogers:
Libby Rogers, Broker/Owner of RB HALEY FINE HOMES, has operated her
own real estate brokerage since 2005. She has worked as a Realtor
since 1996. She currently employs ten agents and two additional staff
members. She is married with 3 children, and came originally from
the Chicago area to San Diego in 1984, where she attended Olivet
Nazarene University in IL and Indiana University.
She personally owns 13 properties and approximately half of her
clientele are real estate investors. She has represented clients who
have purchased residential commercial units (multi-plexes) and has
also provided assistance to clients that purchased a multi-unit
project and condo converted it, helping them profit close to $2M. She
has also managed her own construction project for her primary
residence and has represented many clients for the purchase of raw
land.
Her business has thrived with 90% of her business derived from repeat
clients and referrals. Whether shopping for a starter condo, or large
commercial project, Libby is able to help.
